I. Your Game Trainer Registered Member User Agreement
Hello and welcome to www.YourGameTrainer.com. YourGameTrainer offers a variety of services and before you start utilizing those services we ask, suggest, prefer that you review the User Agreement (the "Agreement"). It is important to read this so that you fully understand the full benefit(s) and limitations that you the potential User could, might, can receive. The User Agreement is between you and www.YourGameTrainer.com. Any third party agreement other then www.YourGameTrainer.com that you agree to is null and voided during the time in which you utilize any services provided by www.YourGameTrainer.com.
The following agreement applies to "Your Game Trainer", YourGameTrainer.com, www.YourGameTrainer.com, "YourGameTrainer". By visiting, registering, posting in the forums, contacting staff members over live support, and or using any services that are provided by "Your Game Trainer", YourGameTrainer.com, www.YourGameTrainer.com, "YourGameTrainer" you accept all and any agreements.
All "Your Game Trainer", YourGameTrainer.com, www.YourGameTrainer.com and "YourGameTrainer" User Accounts are owned by "Your Game Trainer", YourGameTrainer.com, www.YourGameTrainer.com and "YourGameTrainer". "Your Game Trainer", YourGameTrainer.com, www.YourGameTrainer.com and "YourGameTrainer" Users are leased there account for a unknown time period. At any point of time "Your Game Trainer", YourGameTrainer.com, www.YourGameTrainer.com and "YourGameTrainer" reserves the right to terminate and/or cancel any user's account subscription at any point of time for any reason.
All materials on "Your Game Trainer", YourGameTrainer.com, www.YourGameTrainer.com and "YourGameTrainer" are owned by "Your Game Trainer", YourGameTrainer.com, www.YourGameTrainer.com and "YourGameTrainer".
II. Legal liability
A). "Your Game Trainer", YourGameTrainer.com, www.YourGameTrainer.com and "YourGameTrainer" is not held legally held liable for any illegal activity that may occur on any third party advertiser, site forum, training session, or any entity of "Your Game Trainer", YourGameTrainer.com, www.YourGameTrainer.com and "YourGameTrainer". "Your Game Trainer", YourGameTrainer.com, www.YourGameTrainer.com and "YourGameTrainer" will do it's best to protect the users of the site from illegal activity as much as possible. If you suspect illegal activity then you can contact a staff member via email, aim, live support, ticket and etc.
B). "Your Game Trainer", YourGameTrainer.com, www.YourGameTrainer.com and "YourGameTrainer" will not be held liable for any loses that user(s) endure from any service that we provide. Some of the training my be prohibited on gaming sites. Since we are not held liable for any losses that you receive from the site we suggest and/or advice you check the rules of the third party site before attempting what you learned during the training session.
C). Your use of the service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Your Game Trainer", YourGameTrainer.com, www.YourGameTrainer.com and "YourGameTrainer". and its third party service providers expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
D). You agree to protect and fully compensate the "Your Game Trainer", YourGameTrainer.com, www.YourGameTrainer.com and "YourGameTrainer" and their service providers from any and all third-party claims, liability, damages, expenses and costs (including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys fees) arising from your use of the services, your violation of the Agreement or your infringement, or infringement by any other user of your account, of any intellectual property or other right of anyone.
III. User Rule Agreement
A). By using any services of the site you agree to obey the Law. You agree not to use any of our service for illegal purposes, not to use third party services from the site for illegal purposes, not to use other users information in which they have provided on the site or in a service provided for the site for illegal purposes.
B). By using the any of the services on the site you agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information requested by the "Your Game Trainer", YourGameTrainer.com, www.YourGameTrainer.com and "YourGameTrainer". We ask that you the user provide accurate information in order for us to provide you the user with a better experience.
C). "Your Game Trainer", YourGameTrainer.com, www.YourGameTrainer.com and "YourGameTrainer" will not be held liable for any illegal activity that may occur using your account password. You are not allowed to share your account password with anyone. Sharing your account password with any third party with reflect in the deactivation of your account. No "Your Game Trainer", YourGameTrainer.com, www.YourGameTrainer.com and "YourGameTrainer" will ever ask for your password. Do not give out your password to anyone no matter what. We will NEVER ask for your password.
D). The publication, sale, or redistribution in any form or medium of text, photos, graphics, audio and/or video materials or any other form of proprietary content found on the "Your Game Trainer", YourGameTrainer.com, www.YourGameTrainer.com and "YourGameTrainer" is strictly prohibited without the prior written permission of "Your Game Trainer", YourGameTrainer.com, www.YourGameTrainer.com and "YourGameTrainer" . Content that is publicly available on the "Your Game Trainer", YourGameTrainer.com, www.YourGameTrainer.com and "YourGameTrainer" may not be stored in a computer, except for personal and non-commercial use.
E). "Your Game Trainer", YourGameTrainer.com, www.YourGameTrainer.com and "YourGameTrainer" is not responsible if the security, accuracy or quality of your information if it is compromised by a consolidation site you have authorized to access your data.
F). Limits On Uses of User Information By using any of the "Your Game Trainer", YourGameTrainer.com, www.YourGameTrainer.com and "YourGameTrainer" you agree not to data scrape, copy, aggregate, redistribute, alter, reproduce or re-use for commercial purposes any user's information accessible through any web sites owned by "Your Game Trainer", YourGameTrainer.com, www.YourGameTrainer.com and "YourGameTrainer". You acknowledge that "Your Game Trainer", YourGameTrainer.com, www.YourGameTrainer.com and "YourGameTrainer" does not pre-screen all content, but that "Your Game Trainer", YourGameTrainer.com, www.YourGameTrainer.com and "YourGameTrainer" and their designees will have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to refuse, edit, move or remove any content that is publicly available via the service.
H). By using services provided by "Your Game Trainer", YourGameTrainer.com, www.YourGameTrainer.com and "YourGameTrainer" you the user agree that no warranty is made by "Your Game Trainer", YourGameTrainer.com, www.YourGameTrainer.com and "YourGameTrainer" regarding any information, services, or products provided through or in connection with any training services, and "Your Game Trainer", YourGameTrainer.com, www.YourGameTrainer.com and "YourGameTrainer" hereby expressly disclaims any and all warranties, including without limitation: any warranties as to the availability, accuracy, or content of information, products, or services; any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Some states/provinces do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusion may not apply to you.
The User hereby warrants and represents that he/she is in all respects qualified and competent to enter into this agreement.
I). By using "Your Game Trainer", YourGameTrainer.com, www.YourGameTrainer.com and "YourGameTrainer" you agree that you are responsible for providing all personal computer and communications equipment necessary to gain access to the any services that we provide. Access of the site and use of training service sign up is through a combination of an ID and a password. Each User must keep his and/or her password strictly confidential. "Your Game Trainer", YourGameTrainer.com, www.YourGameTrainer.com and "YourGameTrainer" will not release passwords for any reason, except as may be specifically required by law or court order. Unauthorized access to and of our services or access to the site is a breach of this Agreement and a violation of law.
J). You MAY NOT record training sessions and publish them to sites like "YouTube, MegaVideo, Etc.". Falure to cooperate will result in the video being removed and possibly following legal action.
K). If we cannot get ahold of a client, the client has 60 (Sixty) days to contact us about your order if you entered the wrong information (Gamertag/PSN, Email, Phone etc). After the 60 days, YourGameTrainer reserves the right to not provide service and keep any funds from said order.
IV. Billing
A). As a User of "Your Game Trainer", YourGameTrainer.com, www.YourGameTrainer.com and "YourGameTrainer", you agree that we are permitted to charge your credit card (or other approved facility) to pay for the initial service/subscription, any automatic renewals and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of services provided by "Your Game Trainer", YourGameTrainer.com, www.YourGameTrainer.com and "YourGameTrainer". The service fee will be billed at the time in which the product has been delivered to you the User. All fees, charges and sales are final unless specified otherwise. Once charged to your credit card, debt card or paypal the payments are nonrefundable after 60 days. Only in cases of demonstrated fraud will these payments be refunded. You acknowledge and agree that the authorization to charge your credit card for services shall automatically transfer to any successors or assigns of Service for substantially similar services at the same website. You may not assign or transfer your subscription to any other person or entity. You must be at least 18 years old (or have the permission of a credit card holder or paypal user who is) to order Services online.
Payment must be made by a major credit card, debt card or instant payment on Paypal.com. We do not accept e-Checks provided by the paypal payment method. We will only accept instant payment transfers using the paypal method. Any attempt to make payments with the e-check method will not be approved by YourGameTrainer.com. If "Your Game Trainer", YourGameTrainer.com, www.YourGameTrainer.com and "YourGameTrainer" does not receive payment from the credit card issuer or its agent, you agree to pay all fair amounts due upon demand by "Your Game Trainer", YourGameTrainer.com, www.YourGameTrainer.com and "YourGameTrainer". Your card issuer agreement governs your use of your designated card in connection with the Service, and you must refer to that agreement and not this Agreement to determine your rights and liabilities as a cardholder.
YOU, AND NOT "YOUR GAME TRAINER", YOURGAMETRAINER.COM, WWW.YOURGAMETRAINER.COM AND "YOURGAMETRAINER" ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING ANY AMOUNTS BILLED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD BY A THIRD PARTY, WHICH WERE NOT AUTHORIZED BY YOU.
"YOUR GAME TRAINER", YOURGAMETRAINER.COM, WWW.YOURGAMETRAINER.COM AND "YOURGAMETRAINER" RESERVES THE RIGHT, AT ANY TIME, TO CHANGE ITS FEES AND BILLING METHODS, INCLUDING THE ADDITION OF SUPPLEMENTAL FEES OR SEPARATE CHARGES FOR CONTENT, OR SERVICES PROVIDED BY "YOUR GAME TRAINER", YOURGAMETRAINER.COM, WWW.YOURGAMETRAINER.COM AND "YOURGAMETRAINER" , EFFECTIVE THIRTY (30) DAYS AFTER AN ONLINE POSTING AT "YOUR GAME TRAINER", YOURGAMETRAINER.COM, WWW.YOURGAMETRAINER.COM AND "YOURGAMETRAINER" . "YOUR GAME TRAINER", YOURGAMETRAINER.COM, WWW.YOURGAMETRAINER.COM AND "YOURGAMETRAINER" MAY ADDITIONALLY PROVIDE NOTICE OF BILLING CHANGES VIA EMAIL. If any such change is unacceptable to you, you may terminate your subscription to the Services, as provided below. YOUR CONTINUED USE OF THE SERVICE FOLLOWING THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF A CHANGE TO SUCH FEES AND BILLING METHODS SHALL CONSTITUTE YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF SUCH CHANGE.
